  1. Having a garden
  2. Peace and quiet!
  3. A kitchen where you can actually get to everything
  4. Red kites in the garden
  5. The car being with the house
  6. Not having to share the building with anyone
  7. Not being boiling in the summer and freezing in the winter

    I like all of the 7 but the red kites are impossible over here...unless it's a 'kite' and not a bird (but I know you mean the bird).
