- Weigh out 2 oz of plain flour
- Grab 1 egg from the fridge, break and add to the flour in a jug/bowl
- Keep addding milk and whisking until the mixture looks like melted ice cream
- Add seasoning as preferred
- Put a little oil in each yorkshire pudding tray cup
- Heat the oil in an oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes
- Spoon in the mixture and cook at 200°C for 20 minutes
