  2. The Boundary between Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire originally passed through its dining room
  3. In 1929 it became a 'College of Citizenship'
  4. During WWII it was used as a secondary site for Charing Cross Hospital
  5. The building is Grade 1 Listed
