- Peace and quiet!
- A kitchen where you can actually get to everything
- Red kites in the garden
- The car being with the house
- Not having to share the building with anyone
- Not being boiling in the summer and freezing in the winter

Thanks, already found it, just in the process of getting everything packed up ready for the move :D
I like all of the 7 but the red kites are impossible over here...unless it's a 'kite' and not a bird (but I know you mean the bird).
