  1. Satay Gai - Skewers of tender marinated chicken with peanut sauce
  2. Goong Talai - Steamed Tiger Prawns with special spicy fresh chilli sauce and coriander
  3. Kanom Pang Na Goong - Deep fried mince prawn on toast, served with sweet and sour plumb sauce
  4. Gaeng Panang - Aromatic smooth Panang curry with coconut milk and caffir lime leaves served with chicken
  5. Gai Pad Med Ma Mamung - Stir-fried crispy chicken with cashew nuts, chilli oil and roasted dry chillies
  6. Gaeng Pah - Thai spicy jungle curry with vegetables, young peppers and Thai herbs, served with chicken
  7. Gaeng Massaman - Thai massaman curry with coconut milk, potatoes and onion, served with chicken
