  1. Guglhupf - Sweetened yeast cake with raisins, almonds and lemon rind.
  2. Bitok - Small meat patty made from raw minced beef and breadcrumbs bound with egg.
  3. Blintz - Pancacke stuffed with cheese and fried until crisp.
  4. Chrane - Bitter-sweet preserve made with beetroot, horseradish, vinegar and sugar.
  5. Croquembouche - Madeira cake topped with custard filled profiteroles mounted on a paper cone and glazed with caramelized sugar.
  6. Pikelet - Yeasted crumpet or pancake cooked without rings on a griddle.
  7. Zabaglione - Dessert made from whipped egg yolks, sugar and Marsala wine.

Really? Never heard of Blintzes or Pikelets? Not sure on your Guglhumpf spelling, though. Pretty sure it's Kugelumpf, unless it's a different cake altogether.

Apparently it can be spelled Guglhupf, Gugelhupf or Kugelhupf. Still not heard of it no matter how you spell it :)
