Saturday, 10 January 2009 7 steps for making Yorkshire puddings the Gaiaspawn way

  1. Weigh out 2 oz of plain flour
  2. Grab 1 egg from the fridge, break and add to the flour in a jug/bowl
  3. Keep addding milk and whisking until the mixture looks like melted ice cream
  4. Add seasoning as preferred
  5. Put a little oil in each yorkshire pudding tray cup
  6. Heat the oil in an oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes
  7. Spoon in the mixture and cook at 200°C for 20 minutes

Ah, so you make yours individual. We call them popovers here. The yorkshire I make is all in one pan.
