  1. Reintroduction of slick tyres
  2. KERS - Kinetic Energy Recovery System (where fitted)
  3. Rev limiting to 18,000RPM
  4. Limit of 7 engine changes per season without a penalty
  5. Lower (75mm) and wider (1800mm) front wing
  6. No testing during the race season
  7. Driver adjustable flaps on the front wing (where fitted)

Not all teams have KERS or the adjustable flap. And it's 8 engines, not engine changes.

I'll change the 8 engines but I didn't say that all teams have KERS or the adjustable flap :P
