So I'm no longer able to say that councils are re-baselining the potentialities of the contestibility of the beaconicity surrounding the improvement levers of double devolution coterminosity?

That is irrelevant, I need to protect my right to say it :) And one day in a bizarre set of circumstances, I may have a need to say that in front of an English council.
